From Blackheath to Mile End Linear Walk

Starts at Blackheath Station.  Note start time.  Walk around Greenwich Park and then through Greenwich foot tunnel.  Visit Mudchute Farm then around Millwall Dock to Canary Wharf.  After lunch follow the Regents Canal to Mile End underground station.  Lunch at the Ledger Building.
